What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-organizational technical programs including scope, milestones, and resource allocation.
Serve as the primary point of escalation for critical security issues and high-priority project risks.
Drive process optimization and transformational change to improve product reliability and operational efficiency.
Automate reporting systems and develop data-driven dashboards to track program performance and KPIs.
Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams to remove blockers in workflows.
Align program priorities with corporate strategy by communicating complex objectives to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Develop and implement change management strategies for project scope, scheduling, and requirement updates.
Lead the development of innovative solutions to improve service availability and meet established SLAs.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must possess technical knowledge to manage scope, timelines, risks, and resource requirements for complex programs.
Must be able to lead cross-functional teams and serve as an escalation point for critical issues and bottlenecks.
Must have the ability to design and implement strategies for process optimization and continuous improvement.
Must be capable of analyzing complex data sources to drive informed decisions and automate reporting.
Must be able to partner with senior leadership to align program goals with business objectives.
Must be able to provide technical mentorship and guidance to cross-functional team members.
