What you'll do

Lead the strategy and execution of highly complex, cross-organizational technical programs to meet business goals.
Identify technical risks, manage program dependencies, and estimate timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Serve as the primary point of escalation for critical security issues and coordinate mitigation strategies across departments.
Design and optimize workflows and processes to improve product reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and automated reporting dashboards for program execution.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to cross-functional teams to remove blockers and resolve complex issues.
Align program priorities with senior leadership and stakeholders through strategic communication and regular reporting.
Manage resource forecasting, funding, and change management for large-scale product and process enhancements.

What we're looking for

Must have 10+ years of experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must possess technical know-how in a fundamental engineering area or technical domain.
