What you'll do

  • Lead the strategy and execution of highly complex, cross-organizational technical programs to meet business goals.
  • Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks while serving as the primary point of escalation.
  • Design and optimize processes to improve product reliability, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
  • Direct the automation of comprehensive reporting, dashboards, and forecasting models for long-term program execution.
  • Coordinate rapid responses to critical security escalations and determine comprehensive mitigation strategies.
  • Define and enforce delivery standards for security, scalability, and compliance across multiple teams.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement methods for line of business performance.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to cross-functional teams to remove workflow barriers and blockers.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must possess technical know-how in a fundamental engineering area or technical domain.
  • Must be able to lead highly complex, cross-organizational technical programs and initiatives.
  • Must be able to identify risks, manage scope, and estimate program timelines using technical knowledge.
  • Must be able to lead rapid response to critical security escalations and serve as a point of contact for executives.
  • Must be able to develop and communicate strategic communication plans for complex objectives to partners and customers.
