What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of experience.
Experience working with enterprise cloud platforms, infrastructure, SaaS, networking, distributed systems, or cloud-native technologies.
Experience managing operating budgets, project financials, resource planning, or program forecasts.
Experience with software development and delivery methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, or related frameworks.
Experience leading software development, implementation, or technology transformation programs.
Experience driving operational improvements, change management, incident response, risk management, or service reliability initiatives.
Relevant project or service management certification such as PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL (preferred).
