What you'll do

Manage the scope, timelines, and resource requirements for complex, high-impact technical programs across cross-functional teams.
Serve as the primary point of escalation for critical security issues and coordinate mitigation strategies with executive leadership.
Drive the transformation and optimization of internal processes to improve product reliability and operational efficiency.
Automate reporting systems by collaborating with development teams to create advanced dashboards, forecasts, and data models.
Define and enforce delivery standards ensuring all programs meet security, scalability, and compliance requirements.
Develop strategic communication plans to convey complex technical objectives to stakeholders and customers.
Identify and mitigate program risks by performing cost assessments, benefit analyses, and ROI evaluations.
Mentor staff and provide expert technical guidance to remove blockers in development and release management workflows.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must possess deep technical knowledge in a fundamental engineering area or technical domain.
Must be able to manage complex, cross-organizational programs including risk mitigation, scope, and resource planning.
Must have experience leading the transformation and optimization of processes to improve reliability and efficiency.
Must be able to serve as an escalation point for critical issues and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.
Must be able to analyze large, complex data sources to drive informed decisions and automate reporting.
Must be able to mentor staff and contribute to the organization's talent development pipeline.
