What you'll do

Manage technical program strategies by defining scope, milestones, and requirements for complex cross-functional initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of escalation to manage risks, bottlenecks, and critical security incidents.
Drive process optimization and transformation to improve product reliability and operational efficiency across multiple teams.
Automate comprehensive reporting, dashboards, and forecasting models in collaboration with development teams.
Align program priorities with business goals by managing stakeholder relationships and communicating complex objectives to leadership.
Define and enforce delivery standards for security, scalability, and compliance across all technical programs.
Mentor staff and provide expert technical guidance to remove blockers and resolve high-level project issues.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and KPIs that inform data-driven decision-making for the line of business.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in technical program management.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must possess deep technical knowledge in a fundamental engineering area or technical domain.
Experience in large enterprise technology is valued (preferred).
Must demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, high-impact programs.
Must have experience managing risk, scope, timelines, and resource allocation for technical projects.
Must be able to serve as a primary point of contact for executive escalations regarding security and project risks.
Must possess advanced problem-solving skills to address ambiguous issues and drive data-informed decisions.
