What you'll do

  • Manage technical program strategy, requirements, success criteria, and key deliverables for complex cross-organizational initiatives.
  • Identify technical dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks while serving as the primary point of escalation for critical issues.
  • Design and shape product delivery strategies to ensure compliance with security, export, and accessibility requirements.
  • Lead the transformation and optimization of processes to improve product reliability, resilience, and operational efficiency.
  • Direct the automation of comprehensive reporting, dashboards, and models for long-term technical program execution.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement methods for line of business performance.
  • Provide visionary technical direction and mentorship to cross-functional teams to remove barriers and drive solution adoption.
  • Develop and communicate strategic communication plans and risk mitigation strategies to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in technical program management.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must have experience leading dispersed working groups to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Must possess technical know-how in a fundamental engineering area or technical domain.
  • Must be able to manage key stakeholder relationships with internal engineering service teams.
  • Must have experience leading highly complex, cross-organizational initiatives impacting products and business.
  • Must be able to identify risks, manage scope, and estimate program timelines using technical knowledge.
  • Professional experience in large enterprise technology is valued (preferred).
