Lead, Engineering Operations

What you'll do

• Orchestrate and oversee complex technical initiatives to support company growth and success.
• Align program scope, release planning, and business goals across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Drive software engineering teams through the development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
• Identify and remove obstacles that prevent project teams from meeting their delivery goals.
• Provide monthly program reviews and updates regarding project goals, risks, and critical issues.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams, functions, divisions, and external partners.
• Serve as a trusted partner to executive management to ensure overall program success.
• Develop strong partnerships with functional team members to maintain focus on business goals.

What we're looking for

• A related technical degree is required.
• 3+ years of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company is required.
• 3+ years of experience conducting and leading SaaS product development programs is required.
• Deep experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation are required.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to drive consensus in a cross-functional, matrix management environment are required.
• Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and team members is required.
• Ability to master technical subjects and technologies relevant to the program is required.
