What you'll do

Lead project teams to meet customer requirements within allocated cost and schedule commitments.
Oversee and coordinate cost, schedule, and technical aspects of ongoing engineering projects.
Manage budgets and drive execution to achieve specific payment milestones.
Resolve engineering issues to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
Identify, track, and mitigate program-level risks and opportunities.
Estimate resource and material needs for the project or product.
Coordinate between resource managers and supervisors to secure necessary reviews and approvals.
Manage projects using Earned Value (EV) indicators on DCMA surveilled programs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, a graduate degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
IPTL/CAM Professional experience.
Experience in satellite payload and space vehicle development.
Ability to obtain a security clearance (must be a U.S. citizen).
Experience with best practices for project engineering and program execution (preferred).
Experience managing multi-discipline programs across multiple locations (preferred).
Experience in software development and integration programs (preferred).
Active TS/SCI (preferred).
