IT Support Technician

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on support for Mac and Windows laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot core tools like Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, and printers.
• Set up and maintain conference room audio and video equipment across various platforms.
• Prepare new hires’ devices and ensure they are ready to work on day one.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory for all Opendoor technology assets.

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of IT support experience in a fast-growing tech company or high-volume environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and Windows endpoints, core productivity tools, and networking basics.
• Experience with mobile device management platforms like Jamf, Intune, or similar.
• Familiarity with identity and access management tools such as Okta.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical issues clearly.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a track record of strong service satisfaction scores.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 40 lbs.
