What you'll do

Provide hands-on support for Mac and Windows laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

What we're looking for

Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and Windows, core productivity tools, and networking basics.
Experience with mobile device management platforms like Jamf or Intune.
