The IT Director joins the Cloud Operations & Innovation team to drive the delivery of world-class support services across a metro area. What you'll do

Manage the delivery of IT and Critical Environment support for all service lines within your metro area.
Lead the planning and delivery of physical infrastructure, logistics, and resources required to meet growth demands.
Oversee incident management procedures, including leading high-level calls and implementing post-incident improvement plans.
Manage financial operations by developing detailed budgets, forecasts, and overseeing operational and capital spending.
Manage vendor and partner contracts for landlords, service providers, and support teams.
Lead, coach, and develop full-time employees across the assigned metro region.
Ensure all data center operations comply with safety, security, and environmental standards.

What we're looking for

High School Qualification or equivalent and 10+ years of mission-critical service management experience.
At least 3 years of people management experience.
Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background checks and citizenship verification for government contract compliance.
Bachelor's or Technical College Degree in a relevant field and 15+ years of enterprise-level infrastructure experience (preferred).
High School Qualification or equivalent and 17+ years of enterprise-level infrastructure experience (preferred).
At least 5 years of people management experience (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, CCNA, ITIL v3, PMP, or others (preferred).
