What you'll do

Lead a team of mechanical, electrical, and control system professionals supporting online services.
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in datacenters.
Maximize critical environment availability to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Reduce high-impact and human-error incidents within the critical environment year over year.
Execute cost and energy efficiency initiatives for datacenter infrastructure.
Manage and analyze routine reporting for power, temperature, humidity, and SLA monitoring.
Establish and maintain working relationships with engineering groups and business partners.
Share and develop best practices across the global datacenter portfolio with regional peers.

What we're looking for

High School Qualification or equivalent and 10+ years of mission-critical service management experience.
At least 3 years of people management experience.
Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background checks every two years.
Must provide verification of citizenship with a valid passport for legal requirements.
Bachelor's or Technical College Degree in a relevant field and 15+ years of enterprise-level infrastructure experience (preferred).
High School Qualification and 17+ years of experience in managing large scale projects or critical environments (preferred).
At least 5 years of people management experience (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, ITIL v3, PMP, or others are preferred.
