What you'll do

Serve as a trusted advisor to U.S. Federal Civilian agencies regarding modernization and technology trends.
Lead executive-level conversations connecting agency mission outcomes to Microsoft’s cloud, data, and AI capabilities.
Develop multi-year transformation roadmaps to modernize operations and improve citizen outcomes for government agencies.
Identify and shape high-impact AI transformation opportunities in partnership with Forward Deployed Engineering teams.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior government leaders and program stakeholders.
Drive pattern recognition by identifying repeatable use cases and scalable AI solutions across the federal landscape.
Provide customer and industry insights to influence Microsoft’s product strategy and future innovation.
Act as the primary point of contact for moving customers from initial vision to deployment and realized value.

What we're looking for

A Master's degree in a relevant field and 5 years of customer-facing experience are required.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7 years of customer-facing experience are required.
Candidates must have equivalent experience to the specified degree and years of experience requirements.
Applicants must possess an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
Candidates must be able to pass a Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to legal restrictions regarding government agency support.
Preferred experience includes supporting large-scale Federal Civilian digital transformation, cloud adoption, or AI programs.
Preferred skills include expertise in generative AI, advanced analytics, and understanding of federal acquisition processes.
