Security Cloud Solution Architect

What you'll do

• Lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) engagements as the primary technical authority for identity solutions.
• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise identity systems including Active Directory, MIM/FIM, and AD FS.
• Execute hybrid identity modernization projects involving Microsoft Entra ID integration, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Apply Zero Trust principles to identify and remediate identity-related security risks and operational issues.
• Support compliance, audit, and security review activities related to identity systems.
• Act as a trusted advisor to build technical credibility and manage customer relationships.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to influence product direction and remove project blockers.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in IT, cloud infrastructure, or consulting.
• Must possess an active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on an SSBI with Polygraph.
• Must be a U.S. citizen as required by federal government customer restrictions.
• Experience designing or implementing on-premises identity technologies like Active Directory, AD FS, and MIM is preferred.
• Experience supporting identity operations in regulated, disconnected, or highly secure environments is preferred.
• Exposure to modern security concepts such as Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust principles is preferred.
• Familiarity with U.S. Federal identity and security requirements like ICAM and E-ICAM is preferred.
• Microsoft certifications SC-300 or SC-100 are preferred.
