Senior Cloud Solution Architect, App Innovation

What you'll do

• Design secure, scalable solutions based on customer priorities regarding applications, data, and AI to drive production adoption.
• Lead technical engagements across architecture design, proof of concepts, pilots, and production milestones for Azure AI services.
• Manage end-to-end technical delivery results including consumption plans, success plans, and workload-level RACIs.
• Generate incremental pipeline by aligning engagement outcomes with specific growth initiatives like Agentic Modernization and Data Marketshare.
• Utilize and contribute to repeatable IP, templates, and frameworks to improve scalable delivery quality.
• Oversee the health, resiliency, security, and capacity management of mission-critical workloads for production-scale AI use cases.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer by reporting adoption issues and product gaps to engineering teams.
• Conduct technical workshops and provide guidance on AI apps, GitHub, and app modernization to support customer skilling.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in AI, GitHub, Agentic DevOps, cloud, software development, architecture, or consulting.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Verification of U.S. citizenship is required for federal government customer support.
• Expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Agent Factory, and related data services.
• Experience in designing secure, scalable solutions and managing mission-critical workload resiliency and security.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and provide guidance on app modernization and production readiness.
• Proficiency in identifying product gaps and providing feedback to engineering teams.
