Principal Consultant, Apps & AI

What you'll do

• Lead complex AI engineering and application development projects from initial discovery through production.
• Architect enterprise-scale agentic AI and cloud-native solutions using Azure AI and Copilot.
• Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, delivery strategies, and scalable solution architectures.
• Establish technical governance for security, Responsible AI, quality, and operational readiness.
• Develop technical proposals, estimates, and statements of work to grow consulting opportunities.
• Implement AI-assisted engineering practices and agentic workflows to accelerate project delivery.
• Create reusable frameworks, accelerators, and methodologies to build organizational capability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and business outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of leadership experience in business application architecture and enterprise solution delivery.
• 8+ years of experience with modern application solutions and leading multidisciplinary teams from strategy through implementation.
• Expertise in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, microservices, DevOps, security, identity, and operational excellence.
• Experience designing Generative AI and agentic AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, RAG architectures, and orchestration patterns.
• Proven success in customer-facing consulting, including architecture decisions and risk mitigation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills to influence C-level leaders.
• Relevant technical or professional certification in the domain.
