HRIS & Talent Acquisition IT Specialist

What you'll do

• Configure and maintain Dayforce Recruiting, Onboarding, and Candidate Management modules.
• Manage recruitment workflows, job posting rules, offer letter templates, and approval hierarchies.
• Maintain the Dayforce Onboarding Portal including task lists, digital forms, and communication flows.
• Manage Web Services APIs, Webhooks, and data syncs with external sourcing and background check providers.
• Use XML/XSLT transformations to maintain automated data feeds between Dayforce and third-party platforms.
• Create and optimize custom recruiting reports and executive dashboards using Dayforce Analytics.
• Ensure system compliance with EEOC/OFCCP requirements and state-specific pay transparency laws.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support and lead User Acceptance Testing for system upgrades and bug fixes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on technical configuration experience within the Dayforce (Ceridian) HCM platform.
• Experience configuring Dayforce Recruiting and Onboarding modules including workflows, job boards, and offer letter logic.
• Proficiency with Dayforce Analytics and Ad-Hoc Report Writer tools.
• Working knowledge of XML/XSLT data transformations, API integrations, Webhooks, and SFTP file management.
• Dayforce Certified Professional (Dayforce Recruiting / Onboarding Specialist) (preferred).
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or PMI CAPM/PMP certifications (preferred).
