Senior People Technology Analyst, Talent Acquisition

What you'll do

• Translate business processes from TA and HR stakeholders into technical specifications.
• Analyze talent acquisition systems and workflows to identify areas for optimization and fraud prevention.
• Configure, design, and implement solutions across platforms including Workday, Eightfold, Greenhouse, and HackerRank.
• Develop detailed functional design documents and use cases for candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Author UAT scripts, coordinate testing cycles with recruiters, and triage system defects.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations for TA applications.
• Create user guides, release notes, and documentation to facilitate training for TA users and administrators.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Master's degree (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in HR technology/business systems analysis with a heavy focus on Talent Acquisition applications.
• Proven expertise supporting recruitment systems including Eightfold, Greenhouse, Workday, HackerRank, LinkedIn, HireRight, and candidate fraud platforms.
• Strong expertise in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, data modeling, process mapping, and UAT execution.
• Experience with configuration, testing, and implementation of HR technology systems.
• Experience working with internal and external audit teams and understanding of SOX controls.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment using Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow (preferred).
