AI Solutions Engineer, Talent Acquisition

What you'll do

• Build AI agents and automations to solve recruiting problems like sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
• Own the end-to-end AI and automation roadmap, including prioritization and progress reporting to leadership.
• Conduct rigorous build-vs.-buy assessments based on scalability, cost, safety, and compliance.
• Ship pragmatic software solutions ranging from high-priority strategic projects to ad hoc team tools.
• Partner with Corporate Technology to ensure AI solutions align with company infrastructure and security postures.
• Drive AI literacy across the recruiting organization through training, documentation, and best practices.
• Manage the safety, compliance, and governance of all shipped systems, including PII and ITAR considerations.
• Define and monitor success metrics for all systems to ensure measurable ROI and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
• 4+ years of hands-on technical experience building production software.
• 1–2 years of experience focused on applied AI or LLM-based systems including agents, tool use, RAG, and evaluations.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in APIs, integrations, version control, testing, CI/CD, and deployment.
• Production experience building AI agents or LLM-driven automations for a growing team of 250+ people.
• Experience integrating with SaaS APIs and managing authentication, rate limits, pagination, and webhooks.
• Ability to own an AI roadmap, perform build-vs.-buy assessments, and communicate technical tradeoffs to non-technical leadership.
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or a regulated industry where compliance and PII handling are first-class requirements (preferred).
