What you'll do

Own end-to-end board execution from initial concept through EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production.
Translate system architecture into board-level implementations for complex server platforms.
Lead schematic capture using OrCAD and manage PCB layout using Cadence Allegro.
Design high-speed, high-power, dense, multi-layer server PCBs.
Lead board bring-up activities and perform hardware debug and root-cause analysis.
Support manufacturing ramp, factory bring-up, board spins, and ECO validation.
Provide early feedback on feasibility, risks, costs, and implementation tradeoffs to architects.
Prepare and present technical documentation and execution status updates to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in server or high-performance compute hardware design.
Strong experience with PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, SerDes, and management interfaces.
Expertise in SIPI, PDN, thermal design, EMI, and compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with lab debug tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
Proven ability to independently drive hardware execution and provide technical documentation.
Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (preferred).
10+ years of platform-level hardware ownership (preferred).
