What you'll do

Own end-to-end board execution from initial concept through EVT, DVT, PVT, and production phases.
Translate system architecture into detailed board-level implementations for complex server platforms.
Lead schematic capture using OrCAD and manage multi-layer PCB layout using Cadence Allegro.
Design high-speed, high-power, and dense server PCBs featuring PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, and SerDes.
Lead hardware bring-up activities and perform root-cause analysis for functional validation issues.
Provide technical feedback on feasibility, risks, cost, and implementation tradeoffs to the platform architect.
Support manufacturing ramp, factory bring-up, board spins, and ECO validation processes.
Create and present technical documentation regarding execution status to internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering is preferred.
8+ years of experience in server or high-performance compute hardware design.
Experience with PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, SerDes, and management interfaces.
Expertise in SIPI, PDN, thermal design, EMI, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in OrCAD for schematic capture and Cadence Allegro for PCB layout.
Hands-on experience with lab debug tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
Experience with FPGA/PLD bring-up and knowledge of Python, TCL, or PERL for automation.
