You will manage the full lifecycle of board design, perform complex debugging, and conduct schematic and layout verification for high-speed multi-layer PCBs featuring advanced power delivery networks and serial links. Your daily work involves root-cause analysis for signal integrity issues and power rail instabilities while executing test plans and leading design reviews of BOMs and routing using tools like Concept, Allegro, or LTspice. The role requires expertise in hardware debugging with oscilloscopes, VNAs, or logic analyzers. You will also work with technologies such as PCIe, MDIO, SPI, I2C, DDR4/DDR5 DIMMs, FPGAs, CPLDs, and automation scripts using Python or Perl to ensure product reliability.
