This role involves owning complex board-level subsystems from initial definition through qualification and manufacturing release. You will translate system requirements into architecture, schematics, and verification plans while designing digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuits. Key responsibilities include defining high-speed routing strategies, stack-up requirements, and power-delivery solutions for high-current systems. You will perform systematic debug using oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, TDRs, and VNAs to address signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC risks. The role requires proficiency in Cadence Concept/Design Entry, Allegro, or similar EDA tools, alongside experience with Ethernet, PCIe, DDR4/DDR5, SerDes, MDIO, SPI, and I2C interfaces. You will solve technical challenges related to high-performance networking products powered by advanced ASICs for critical infrastructure.
