As a GPU RTL Design Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will join the GPU RTL Design team to develop high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chip processors. What you'll do

  • Participate in micro-architecture specification for next-generation high-performance GPUs and SoCs.
  • Write RTL code using Verilog, SystemVerilog, or other HDLs.
  • Analyze architecture trade-offs regarding performance, area, and power consumption.
  • Collaborate with the verification team to perform functional simulation and debugging.
  • Design components such as cache systems, on-chip interconnect networks, or shader processors.
  • Develop high-performance, low-power hardware designs for consumer electronics.
  • Utilize scripting languages like Perl, Python, or Ruby to support design workflows.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of BS degree.
  • Experience with Verilog, SystemVerilog and HDL.
  • Knowledge of logic design fundamentals (preferred).
  • Knowledge of computer architecture fundamentals (preferred).
  • Knowledge of CPU or GPU architecture (preferred).
  • Knowledge in cache design, on-chip interconnect network, data compression, or shader processor (preferred).
  • Understanding of high performance, low power designs (preferred).
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python and Ruby (preferred).
