GTM Business Architect, Microsoft Fabric

What you'll do

• Design and launch data-led sales programs to grow market share for Fabric IQ, Real-Time Intelligence, and BI.
• Coach global sales teams and managers on how to effectively execute opportunities across specific Fabric workloads.
• Translate technical capabilities and reference architectures into business-aligned solution frameworks for customers.
• Develop scalable sales plays, reference architectures, and enablement content to support field teams and partners.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic customers to help them implement solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Represent Microsoft in executive briefings and industry forums as a thought leader on modern data platforms.
• Own revenue accountability and key performance indicators related to Fabric adoption and customer success.
• Synthesize insights from field and partner teams to influence product roadmap priorities and business strategy.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business consulting, sales, IT, account management, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Near Term Strategy, Management Consulting, or Finance.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Preferred: 6+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, sales, program management, or consulting.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business-aligned solution frameworks.
• Experience developing scalable sales plays and enablement content for field teams and partners.
• Ability to represent the company as a thought leader in executive briefings and industry forums.
