The Senior Director Business Analytics joins the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence within the Commercial Engineering & AI team to lead a radical transformation of how commercial business stakeholders access and act on performance data. Key responsibilities include setting the strategic roadmap for the MSXi Power BI platform, redesigning delivery models using automation, and managing governance across the organization. The role involves partnering with data engineering teams to reimagine architecture and maintaining a feedback loop with the Fabric product group. Essential skills include expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Cowork, and Copilot. The work focuses on solving complex business intelligence challenges by integrating AI-native engineering into the core commercial reporting infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Lead the BI COE team in transforming how stakeholders access and act on business performance through AI-powered insights.
  • Define the strategic vision and roadmap for the MSX Insights Power BI platform to create an intelligent decision-support experience.
  • Redesign the end-to-end BI delivery model using AI, automation, and modern engineering to improve speed and scalability.
  • Manage governance and portfolio prioritization to ensure alignment with business priorities and data compliance standards.
  • Partner with data engineering teams to reimagine the MCAPS data architecture for consistent insights across dashboards and copilots.
  • Manage the "Customer Zero" partnership with the Fabric product group to drive internal innovation and showcase AI leadership.
  • Build and lead an accountable, AI-ready team focused on experimentation and high performance.

What we're looking for

  • Master's degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis.
  • Equivalent professional experience to the specified educational requirements.
  • 5+ years of people management experience (preferred).
  • Experience leading Data Analytics and/or Business Insights teams (preferred).
  • Experience with Fabric, PowerBI, or equivalent data platforms (preferred).
