What you'll do

Oversee daily operations, safety, and maintenance for 24/7 data center environments.
Serve as the primary escalation point and on-call leader for all emergency events.
Develop strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and infrastructure resilience.
Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure contract compliance.
Lead and develop a technical team, including managing unionized staff and labor agreements.
Monitor performance metrics to ensure adherence to service level agreements and key performance indicators.
Oversee financial aspects including budget planning, forecasting, and cost control.
Implement innovative solutions to enhance facility security, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of experience in Data Centers or Critical Facilities with leadership and people management expertise.
Experience with critical systems including emergency generators, switchgears, UPS, HVAC, and fire life safety (FLS).
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, safety rules, and maintenance instructions.
Proficiency with technical drawings, specifications, and measuring instruments.
Experience utilizing CMMS platforms and implementing Life Cycle Asset Management strategy planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices.
