What you'll do

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot critical infrastructure including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mission-critical facility equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
Respond rapidly to facility alarms, equipment failures, and emergency situations in a 24/7 operational environment.
Monitor building automation systems (BAS) and direct digital controls (DDC) to track critical equipment performance.
Support commissioning, testing, and startup activities for new equipment and facility upgrades.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors performing work within high-availability environments.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, permits, and compliance documentation using CMMS systems.
Conduct root cause investigations following equipment failures to identify reliability risks and improve system performance.

What we're looking for

High school diploma or GED is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience operating and maintaining commercial, industrial, semiconductor, healthcare, laboratory, or data center facilities.
Expertise in HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, building automation systems (BAS), and fire protection systems.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls drawings.
Proficiency with CMMS systems such as Maximo or equivalent.
EPA Universal CFC Refrigerant Certification is required.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet site access requirements.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
