What you'll do

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot critical infrastructure including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mission-critical facility equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Respond rapidly to facility alarms, equipment failures, and emergency situations in a 24/7 operational environment.
  • Monitor building automation systems (BAS) and direct digital controls (DDC) to track critical equipment performance.
  • Support commissioning, testing, and startup activities for new equipment and facility upgrades.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors performing work within high-availability environments.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, permits, and compliance documentation using CMMS systems.
  • Conduct root cause investigations following equipment failures to identify reliability risks and improve system performance.

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience operating and maintaining commercial, industrial, semiconductor, healthcare, laboratory, or data center facilities.
  • Expertise in HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, building automation systems (BAS), and fire protection systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls drawings.
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems such as Maximo or equivalent.
  • EPA Universal CFC Refrigerant Certification is required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet site access requirements.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
