Critical Facilities Manager, Data Centers

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and optimization of data center facilities.
• Provide technical leadership for critical infrastructure including electrical distribution, cooling, and fire suppression.
• Lead engineering teams in root cause analysis and the implementation of preventive maintenance strategies.
• Coordinate with IT teams to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for equipment and services.
• Analyze performance metrics to implement improvements for data center efficiency.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and manage facilities team members.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in data center operations and management.
• Must possess in-depth knowledge of power distribution, cooling systems, and network architecture.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Preferred professional certifications include CDCP, DCPRO, or CDCS.
• Experience with DCIM tools, cloud computing, and hybrid infrastructure environments is preferred.
• Six Sigma or ITIL certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of Work Order Management Systems (Corrigo preferred) and BMS systems is desired.
