What you'll do

  • Manage day-to-day operations of industrial spaces including office, production, and manufacturing areas.
  • Scope MEP work as the space evolves to ensure mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are up-to-date.
  • Project manage capital improvement projects from pre-construction through customer handover.
  • Develop and maintain facilities SOPs and documentation for operational continuity.
  • Ensure preventative and corrective maintenance programs are aligned for reliability and uptime.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience managing day-to-day operations and projects in manufacturing facilities.
  • Proven ability to manage people, vendors, and budgets for maintenance programs.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; certified facility manager preferred.
  • Proficiency in CMMS and ERM software, with technical training in plant engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience managing environmental health and safety (EHS) in a facility.
  • Ability to initiate, plan, and manage complex projects independently.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, NFPA, and NEC.
