Facilities Manager

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operations for industrial spaces including office, production, manufacturing, and test support areas.
• Scope mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work as the facility evolves and changes.
• Project manage capital improvement projects from pre-construction and budgeting through execution and handover.
• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Develop and maintain facilities standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
• Manage, coach, and develop assigned facilities staff members.
• Coordinate with the Environmental Health and Safety team to ensure site safety and compliance.
• Maintain critical infrastructure including fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, and emergency generators.

What we're looking for

• Must have 5+ years of experience managing operations for aerospace, defense, automotive, or manufacturing facilities.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for export-controlled information or facilities.
• Must possess technical training in plant engineering and maintenance or comparable professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing people, vendors, and budgets for preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
• Proficiency in CMMS and ERM software is required.
• Experience operating forklifts, aerial man lifts, gantry/overhead cranes, and hoists is required.
• Must have strong knowledge of MEP systems, asset life cycles, and EHS regulations including OSHA, NFPA, and NEC.
• Certified Facility Manager credentials are preferred.
