What you'll do

  • Manage all aspects of program leadership, technical development, integration, test, and sustainment for Electronic Warfare Subsystems.
  • Oversee cost, schedule, technical, and risk management using Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.
  • Execute the portfolio statement of work within established budgets and performance measures to meet program objectives.
  • Lead the Supplier Management Team to develop procurement packages and negotiate supplier contracts.
  • Identify risks and opportunities proactively to resolve issues affecting cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans while resolving resource or specification problems.
  • Drive the Digital Engineering Ecosystem Transformation vision within the program integrated product team.
  • Negotiate contracts, budget baselines, and key terms with internal stakeholders and external customers.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree and 10 years experience (9 if STEM) or a Master's degree and 8 years experience (7 if STEM).
  • Experience must include project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, or business management related to U.S. Government contracts.
  • Must have experience managing one or more suppliers and associated Supplier Management Teams.
  • Ability to maintain an adjudicated U.S. Government Secret clearance is required.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
  • Active U.S. government Top Secret clearance (preferred).
  • STEM degree (preferred).
  • 4 years of experience in a Program Management role, CAM/Earned Value Management, and digital programs (preferred).
