What you'll do

  • Direct design qualification and validation plans including risk retirement, reliability testing, and compliance verification.
  • Engage directly with customers to align technology roadmaps, factory integration needs, and critical performance requirements.
  • Manage the supplier engagement model for component development, including technical reviews, change control, and delivery performance.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing global leadership team while fostering a culture of technical excellence.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, robotics, controls, or a related technical discipline.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant technical field is preferred.
  • Significant engineering leadership experience in complex capital equipment, semiconductor equipment, industrial automation, or robotics.
  • Experience leading managers and global engineering teams through architecture definition, product development, qualification, and release.
  • Expertise in vacuum and atmospheric Mainframe, EFEM, wafer-handling robotics, motion systems, and control architecture.
  • Proficiency in systems engineering methods including requirements management, risk analysis, and verification/validation processes.
  • Experience managing supplier-developed systems and components through technical specifications, design ownership, and qualification.
  • Ability to partner with multiple product organizations and strategic suppliers to deliver integrated systems against business commitments.
