Director, Process Engineer

What you'll do

• Direct a process technology group responsible for R&D and implementation of new and existing product lines.
• Manage complex applications of scientific theory and processes during the development and technical management of products.
• Lead the alpha engineering program regarding all process technology issues for the unit's product line.
• Serve as the lead for both alpha and beta product releases for the business unit.
• Resolve high-value, complex process issues for external customers within the business unit's product line.
• Participate in strategic planning to integrate R&D processes with overall business plans.
• Provide leadership and approval guidelines to reporting managers regarding long-term strategy and performance metrics.
