What you'll do

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or science from an accredited institution.
At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing and product/process development.
Technical expertise in polymer processing, extrusion, compounding, web handling, coating, lamination, adhesives, or roll-to-roll manufacturing.
Experience with continuous improvement, process scale-up, equipment qualification, and optimization.
Proficiency in statistical process control, design of experiments, and root cause problem solving.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across technical and operations teams.
