What you'll do

Lead multi-disciplined teams of systems, hardware, mechanical, software, and firmware engineers to build complete products.
Manage the full product lifecycle from initial concept development and prototyping through production transition and sustainment.
Define, modify, and implement engineering development processes that comply with industry standards like AS9100.
Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices to ensure consistency across all programs.
Assess technical feasibility, schedules, and costs for product development roadmaps with product owners.
Provide technical oversight and resources to ensure the successful transition of technology into manufacturing.
Develop and maintain staffing plans to support the product business and provide career growth for engineering staff.
De-conflict resources across different geographical areas by collaborating with business leaders and product management.

What we're looking for

BS in Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the DoD industry.
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
5+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
Experience with product deliveries and support to USG and FVEY partners.
Experience operating within AS9100 or ISO9001 business management structures.
Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying engineering processes and practices.
Experience with radar, SIGINT, and/or electronic warfare product development (preferred).
