What you'll do

  • Design and manage Dextro C&F to achieve a functional technology readiness level of 5.
  • Develop and manage an automated maintenance technology pathfinding roadmap including timelines and resource allocations.
  • Identify development risks and mitigation strategies to convert technology into a tangible Mechatronics Toolbox.
  • Lead and coach direct reports and matrixed teams to support roadmap requirements and performance goals.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to track the successful delivery of technology roadmap items.
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
  • Utilize data and statistical techniques to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

What we're looking for

  • Must have an Engineering degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must have 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 12 years with a Master's, or 8 years with a PhD (advanced degree preferred).
  • Must have 10+ years of experience in Engineering.
  • Must have 8+ years of management experience, including 5+ years leading Engineering teams to design/build Robotic/Automation products or systems.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry on global programs or projects.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience working with technology companies for new product development.
  • Must have a strong background in physical AI, robotics, automation, and algorithm development.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, OpenCV, and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch (major benefit).
