What you'll do

Manage the daily operations and performance of one or more data center sites.
Analyze trends in capacity, temperature, and availability to implement infrastructure improvements.

Coordinate complex project timelines while ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.

What we're looking for

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
3 to 5+ years of experience in data center operations or related fields.
Experience leading performance analyses for capacity, temperature, availability, and facility health.
Ability to manage escalated technical issues and implement advanced automation and monitoring tools.
Proficiency in conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and managing incident response protocols.
Experience overseeing data center expansion projects, site builds, and infrastructure upgrades.
Ability to coordinate complex tasks, manage timelines, and delegate work across multiple projects.
Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to the talent development pipeline.
