What you'll do

Manage the daily operations and performance of one or more data center sites independently.
Analyze trends in capacity, temperature, and availability to identify and implement infrastructure improvements.
Lead on-the-ground teams to resolve incidents and manage escalated complex technical issues.
Implement advanced automation and monitoring tools to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
Perform root cause analysis after incidents to update documentation and improve standard operating procedures.
Act as the primary liaison for new region builds, expansion projects, and site construction activities.
Oversee inventory management, logistics, and the installation of network physical infrastructure.
Direct the replacement and upgrade of hardware components to ensure data center stability.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience in data center operations including performance analysis, site builds, and infrastructure upgrades is required.
Ability to lead on-the-ground teams for incident resolution and manage escalated technical issues.
Proficiency in using advanced automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools to mitigate risks.
Knowledge of industry best practices such as Lean or Six Sigma for process improvement.
Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases.
