What we're looking for

3 to 5+ years of experience with mission-critical facility systems
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across electrical, mechanical, cooling, and control systems
Ability to independently operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot critical infrastructure
Experience using CMMS, digital maintenance records, trend analysis, and operating procedures
Technical certification or equivalent practical experience in relevant fields
OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, and EPA Section 608 certifications preferred
Familiarity with commissioning support, vendor coordination, and alarm response documentation
