What you'll do

Operate, maintain, and repair critical MEP systems including cooling plants, UPS units, generators, and switchgear.
Perform daily inspections of infrastructure to verify performance against setpoints and proactively report deficiencies.
Execute hands-on mechanical work such as pump troubleshooting, ductwork modification, brazing, and refrigerant handling.
Monitor building management systems (BMS) and electrical power monitoring systems to respond to alarms.
Develop and update technical documentation including MOPs, SOPs, and emergency operating procedures.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate scheduled system shutdowns, lockouts, and equipment commissioning.
Interpret complex schematics, one-lines, and piping diagrams to perform assembly and repairs.
Resolve electronic work tickets while ensuring compliance with safety codes and environmental regulations.

What we're looking for

High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
3+ years of professional experience operating or maintaining HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or data center critical-infrastructure systems.
Ability to read and interpret one-lines, schematics, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and blueprints.
Proficiency in operating heavy equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and overhead cranes.
Valid California driver’s license.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for export control authorizations.
Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and work at elevated heights up to 150 feet.
Technical certifications in HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, or electrical systems are preferred.
