What you'll do

Lead a team of site support professionals to ensure consistent delivery of services across the campus.
Manage administrative and coordination processes including records management, scheduling, and document control.
Oversee vendor and visitor coordination to maintain secure and efficient site operations.
Ensure all site activities remain audit-ready through strict process discipline and documentation quality.
Coordinate with internal leadership and external partners to improve execution quality and operational scalability.
Manage day-to-day site business operations in a 24/7 mission-critical data center environment.
Improve workflows and enforce execution standards across the growing support function.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be U.S. citizens.
Candidates must have 7–10+ years of experience in critical facilities management, data center operations, or mission-critical infrastructure.
Candidates must have 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
Required knowledge includes electrical distribution, mechanical/HVAC systems, generators, UPS systems, and cooling technologies.
Experience with risk management, incident response, outage management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is required.
Candidates must have experience working in 24/7 high-availability or mission-critical environments.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Facilities, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency with CMMS, ServiceNow, and other maintenance workflow tools is preferred.
