What you'll do

Lead a team of mechanical, electrical, and control system professionals supporting online services.
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in datacenters.
Maximize Critical Environment availability to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Reduce high-impact and human-error incidents within the Critical Environment year over year.
Execute cost and energy efficiency initiatives for datacenter operations.
Manage routine reporting for power, temperature, humidity, and SLA monitoring.
Build practices across the global datacenter portfolio by collaborating with regional and global peers.

What we're looking for

High School Qualification or equivalent and 3+ years of mission-critical service management experience.
Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check requirements.
Experience managing large scale and complex projects/programs (preferred).
6+ years of experience in Critical Environment infrastructures such as UPS, Generator, and AHU (preferred).
Experience in physical IT infrastructures and managing budgets over $1M (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree or Technical College certification in engineering, computer science, or related fields (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, ITIL, PMP, or CDCP (preferred).
Experience working on large scale CE projects and operating IT infrastructure (preferred).
