What you'll do

  • Develop account plans to achieve sales goals for both cloud and on-prem solutions.
  • Engage with partners to meet customer specifications and support business development strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers, driving company strategy within accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to company methodologies during the pursuit of sales opportunities.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for Oracle’s cloud solutions in assigned territory.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience in technology or cloud solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Ability to coordinate with sales teams and partners for business development strategies.
  • Expertise in identifying and engaging appropriate partners to meet customer needs.
  • BS/BA degree preferred; advanced technical/business skills required.
  • Experience in selling IaaS and PaaS solutions, both private and public cloud environments.
  • Strong mentoring and leadership skills within a team setting.
