What you'll do

Design, implement, and operate cloud-based data platform services on Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and AWS.
Build and maintain scalable Lakehouse architecture capabilities for structured and unstructured data at enterprise scale.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and GitHub.
Develop reusable platform services, templates, and automation patterns to enable self-service onboarding and provisioning.
Establish observability, monitoring, and alerting systems to ensure platform reliability and performance.
Enforce security, governance, and compliance standards including encryption, access controls, and audit capabilities.
Optimize cloud data platform performance and costs while providing tools for application teams to manage their own resources.
Develop frameworks for data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and AI-powered workloads.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud engineering, or platform engineering.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider such as Azure or AWS.
Strong experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
Proven expertise in DevOps engineering including cloud infrastructure resource creation and IaAC.
Proven expertise in building data pipelines with tools like Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Airflow, dbt, or Kafka.
Proficiency in programming languages including SQL, Python, YAML, Java, or Scala.
Work Authorization.
