The position requires expertise in advanced packaging technologies, cutting-edge silicon nodes, and EDA tools while managing global engineering efforts across multiple time zones. Candidates must navigate complex project risks and coordinate with foundries to develop proprietary hardware solutions. Preferred experience includes knowledge of Optical technologies, uLED, Silicon Photonics, uVCSEL, and high-reliability AMS IPs for data center infrastructure.

What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-speed Analog and Mixed-Signal IP programs from concept through mass production.
Drive silicon and packaging execution to ensure all technical gates are met for SoC portfolio products.
Partner with foundational vendors and foundries to co-develop proprietary hardware solutions for next-generation products.
Define requirements for advanced test structures and implement robust testing methodologies across engineering teams.
Act as the primary link between IC Design, CAD, Software, Hardware, and Legal departments to manage dependencies.
Synchronize global engineering efforts and deliverables across multiple international time zones.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain schedule during rapid technical pivots.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering.
10+ years of relevant experience in the field.
Proven track record in AMS IP design or design engineering management in the AMS space.
Hands-on design expertise in AMS IPs for SerDes, LPDDR, HBM, PLLs, and/or LDOs across multiple technology nodes.
Experience delivering high-reliability AMS IPs for data center infrastructure at scale.
Ability to define and drive multi-generational IP roadmaps aligned with product strategy.
Expertise in advanced EDA tools, IP development methodologies, and SoC integration on cutting-edge nodes.
Proven ability to manage risk and lead stakeholders across large, matrixed organizations.
