What you'll do

Drive cellular modem systems development across multiple projects simultaneously to meet execution targets.
Manage all aspects of modem development including PHY, MAC/RLC/RRC, multi-sim, and concurrent RAT operation.
Track project schedules through all phases from architecture and design to validation and production ramp.
Drive the closure of technical requirements and specifications with cellular system partners.
Anticipate project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution.
Resolve technical issues between functional teams including VLSI, firmware, RF systems, and digital verification.
Distill complex technical data into clear status presentations for executive reviews.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline.
10+ years of relevant industry experience.
Proven track record of hands-on engineering management, leadership, or program/project management.
Experience in the development of wireless baseband modem systems, algorithms, hardware, and/or firmware.
Knowledge of wireless communications such as OFDM and MIMO.
Experience with wireless standards including 5G-NR, 4G LTE, UMTS, GSM, and CDMA.
Understanding of end-to-end cellular systems involving the user equipment and network.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior management level presentations.
