What you'll do

Drive cellular modem systems development across multiple projects to meet execution targets.
Manage all aspects of modem development including PHY, MAC/RLC/RRC, and multi-sim operations.
Track project schedules across all phases from architecture and prototyping to production ramp.
Drive closure of technical requirements and specifications with cellular system partners.
Coordinate with multi-functional teams to resolve dependencies for architectural exploration and implementation.
Anticipate project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution.
Resolve technical issues between Modem systems, VLSI, firmware, RF, and test teams.
Provide regular project status presentations for executive reviews by distilling complex technical data.

What we're looking for

BS in an engineering discipline.
10+ years of relevant industry experience.
Proven track record of hands-on engineering management, leadership, or program/project management.
Experience in the development of wireless baseband modem systems, algorithms, hardware, and/or firmware.
Good knowledge of wireless communications such as OFDM and MIMO (preferred).
Experience in wireless standards including 5G-NR, 4G LTE, UMTS, GSM, and CDMA (preferred).
Understanding of end-to-end cellular systems involving the UE and network (preferred).
Good understanding of modern cellular PHY building blocks and RF/Baseband integration (strongly preferred).
