AI Workforce Solutions Specialist

What you'll do

• Identify and develop high-impact AI workforce opportunities by building relationships with C-suite and business decision makers.
• Drive executive conversations focused on workforce transformation, productivity, security, and AI adoption.
• Position Microsoft 365 Copilot, Agents, and Security as core components of a broader business strategy.
• Help customers build compelling business cases and adoption plans to accelerate the realization of AI value.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver a unified customer experience and execution plan.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and business insights using AI tools to prioritize investments and maximize impact.
• Facilitate executive workshops and envisioning sessions to identify transformative use cases for Copilot and Agents.
• Convert customer interest into commitment through proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals with urgency.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in technology-related sales or account management (or equivalent experience).
• Master's Degree in MBA, IT, Information Security, or related field and 6+ years of experience in technology sales (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in technology-related sales or account management (preferred).
• 4+ years of solution or services sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in consultative solution sales, business development, and commercial SaaS licensing (preferred).
• Expertise in executive relationship building, negotiation, and managing stakeholders in fast-paced environments (preferred).
