Design technical architectures for Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot to ensure sustained usage.
Utilize prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to implement AI at scale.
Partner with sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored expansion solutions.
Contribute to the creation and reuse of intellectual property to accelerate customer transformation.
Provide technical expertise as a trusted advisor to both business and technical decision makers.
Maintain technical readiness by continuously learning about Copilot, Agentic AI, and change management.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture.
4+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
4+ years of experience working on technical projects.
Technical Certification in Cloud, such as Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert, Azure, AWS, Google, or security certifications.
Demonstrated expertise in at least one platform: M365 Copilot extensibility, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Cognitive Services, or GitHub Copilot.
