What you'll do

  • Manage and nurture a named account list of upper-middle-market and enterprise companies.
  • Develop strategic account plans to win and expand business with key clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives at client organizations.
  • Contribute to shaping platform partnership strategies and creating repeatable processes.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals for complex accounts.
  • Engage with Product and Engineering teams to drive product strategy and development.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of sales experience with a track record of top performance
  • Extensive experience selling technical products, preferably at an API-first company
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-party sales in a consultative manner
  • Strong understanding of technology and financial industry infrastructure
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging C-level executives and stakeholders
  • Ability to understand complex technical problems and articulate Stripe solutions
  • Fastidious CRM management and experience with thorough sales forecasting metrics
