What you'll do

Lead a cross-functional team to manage multi-million-dollar projects and major supplier efforts.
Monitor technical performance baselines and take corrective actions to maintain program conformance.
Manage risks and opportunities through a systematic, proactive approach throughout the subcontract lifecycle.
Oversee financial controls, including EVMS metrics and budget maintenance for assigned control accounts.
Control project scope by establishing and managing changes to the subcontract baseline.
Develop and review supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Evaluate supplier proposal responses, including technical evaluations and Basis of Estimates.
Prepare high-level management briefings to communicate progress and provide tools for problem-solving.

What we're looking for

Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
At least 3 years of formal lead or management experience.
Experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and/or managing large supplier portfolios.
Experience leading projects, managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and schedules.
Financial experience in EVMS or similar cost and schedule management systems.
