The work:
- Be responsible for planning and leading the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance end to end.
- Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans to track progress and manage resources effectively.
- Implement best practices in business function processes to enhance efficiency.
- Mentor team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment
This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations: Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.
Qualification
Here's what you need:
- Minimum 8 years of Oracle HCM experience with expertise in Cloud Payroll
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams and/or project delivery
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience),
Bonus point if:
- Advanced proficiency in Business Process Implementation
- Advanced proficiency in BPM Strategy & Solutions, Business Operation Management, and Business Process Design
- Oracle Cloud Payroll certification

As an Oracle Test Lead, you will lead the testing effort and team to plan, construct, and execute release tests. This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Tampa or Dallas.
Qualification
Here's what you need:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Oracle Automated Testing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supporting Oracle projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
Bonus points if:
- Technical Test Execution is recommended.
- Master proficiency in System Defect Management is suggested.

The work:
The work in our Cloud Innovation Center is highly dynamic. Starting with our Lean XP (eXtreme Programming) delivery methodologies, you will be working in a team to deliver value to our customers. Our engineers work in a 1:1 pairing model to be both a mentor and student of their software craft. Using a TDD (Test Driven Development) methodology, you will ensure that you are building high quality software at pace.
- Work with the Cloud Native Architecture Team to deliver client solutions beyond 12 factor applications born for the cloud
- Design and deliver complex custom applications designed to enable change for our clients businesses
- Work on every phase of creating Cloud Native applications across cloud providers like AWS, Azure, GCP, and others
- Conduct assessments, build blueprints and roadmaps, build proofs of concept, and write technical points of view

Qualification
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Object Orient Programming Language (Java/JVM, .Net, NodeJs, or Python preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Spring Frameworks
- Experience in Databases (Sql or NoSql)
- Experience using leading Platform-as-a-Service such as AWS RDS, Azure AKS, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry
- Experience in Infrastructure-as-a-Service providers (AWS / Cloud Foundry / Azure / Google Cloud)
- Experience in scripting language (Groovy / Shell / Python etc)
- Experience in infrastructure as code scripting (Terraform)

The Role:
The Marketing Data Analysis Manager will direct a team responsible for evaluating marketing use cases and conducting comprehensive reviews of current data sources and approaches. This role is for a senior data expert who will own the relationship with key client stakeholders and ensure the organization leverages optimal data assets to activate key use cases and is able to articulate the incremental business value these use cases will deliver to the business.

Lead Use Case Assessment
- Lead the assessment of priority marketing use cases, collaborating with stakeholders to document findings, expected outcomes, and define impact.

- Quantify the incremental value and business impact that each additional use case could deliver.
Data Review, Source Identification & Requirements
- Oversee detailed assessments of existing data strategies and architectures related to priority use cases.
- Identify, validate, and document the most relevant data sources (internal and external) for each use case.
- Evaluate the breadth and depth of data captured and ingested, ensuring completeness and relevance for business objectives.
- Partner with data product owners to understand where current data exists, what can be re-purposed for use cases, identify data gaps, and document the nuances and challenges for specific data sets
Metrics & Baseline Assessment
- Establish the current state of key performance and success metrics for existing and proposed use cases.
- Analyze metric definitions, calculation methodologies, and data lineage to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify gaps in data capture, metric coverage, and reporting capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, build rapport, ask questions rooted in data domain experience (primarily marketing data, but other data sources like Nielsen, sales, panel, survey, etc.)
- Partner with business, marketing, and technical stakeholders to elicit requirements and clarify objectives.
- Translate findings into clear, actionable documentation, including requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
- Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Data Quality, Governance & Best Practices
- Champion data quality standards, governance principles, and taxonomy management across all assessment activities.
- Partner and collaborate with engineering lead and data modeling lead to ensure findings translate to development requirements and approach.
Business & Commercial Analytics
- Analyze and interpret commercial performance data (e.g., volumetrics, ATL revenue, distribution, product mix) to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Translate commercial and consumer insights into actionable business recommendations.
Media & Marketing Analytics
- Evaluate media performance across traditional and digital sources, including impressions, GRPs/TRPs, cost-to-client, and channel-level performance.
- Work with digital media account data (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) to derive and aggregate awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Consumer & Brand Insights
- Process and parse consumer survey data, ensuring sound handling of survey structures, questions, and response scales.
- Build and interpret brand equity and consumption models, deriving meaningful KPIs for brand tracking and strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in data analytics, specifically marketing, consumer, and digital domains with extensive expertise in data discovery, profiling, and assessment methodologies. Experience should include:
